Tanker Fluid Management (TFM) provides dairy industries with the most advanced milk collection system available. Developed in New Zealand and installed on New Zealand’s leading dairy industry’s tanker fleet, TFM provides accuracy and speed with full product traceability.

The TFM is designed to be

Fast & Accurate

The pumping algorithms are designed to maximise collection speed, while minimising volumetric measurement error caused by turbulence. It dynamically optimises pumping characteristics throughout the collection.

Modular sampling provides a proportional representation of the collection, and RFID vial tags read/write electronically tracking the load, composite and quality samples to ensure full traceability.

Easy to Use

Every aspect of the user interface has been designed to provide the operator with an intuitive process to ensure that the milk collect is simple and efficient in every aspect.

The cellular data connection uses API data transfer directly to the factory scheduling system for fast reliable data transfer. With full remote screen access and firmware upgrading to all aspects of the system, the TFM is extremely flexible.

Robust & Reliable

Built to meet the toughest environmental standards TFM is MilStd. 810g certified and EMC compliant with NMI approval. The TFM has been designed for 24/7 operations with the capacity to store thousands of farm records if communications are lost.

Onboard diagnostics monitor all aspects of TFM to provide both predictive and historical fault diagnostics, locally and remotely.
